Cure AP Patient Profile

While in cure this trimester we learned many things including what we think the definition of medicine is, how we can mold the definition to our own interpretation, and have a discussion about it. This project had us think of that definition we made for ourselves and put them into practice by taking on the role of doctors and suggest different medications to the patients we made up. You can see below the patient profile for the man I tried to treat as well as a slideshow detailing each medication I found for him and which medication I think would work best for him.

This project, while being very intriguing did have its challenges. Finding information on different treatments was the hardest. I felt like I had to make a character for both the patient and doctor and the reasons the patient had their disease had to make sense. Then taking it one step further with the personal diary I made for the doctor, explaining how he's new to his job as a general practitioner and how I had to make the general entry make sense by making him nervous he'll do the wrong thing. Overall this project was one I had a bit of fun with, creating the universe and characters.
